PURCHASE AGREEMENT

• Payment is required prior to accessing any class, whether virtual or in-person.
• Classes are non-transferable.
  Passwords issued for entry into virtual classes may not be shared or transferred.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted via the Cancellation Form (found on Cancellation Request Page), and sent at least 24 hours in advance of each class being cancelled.
• If Cancellation Form is sent at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class, client will be provided with a coupon code equal to the value of the cancelled class, applicable toward the purchase of any other class. Coupon will be valid for the billing email on file in client’s account, and will remain valid for 6 months from date of canceled class.
• No refund will be issued.
• In the event that a class is cancelled by Zing With Pam, client having purchased that class will be entitled to a credit equal to the value of the cancelled class.

CONSENT AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

• I, the undersigned am registering for a class or program conducted by Pam Peterson and Zing With Pam. I understand that prior to beginning any exercise program, I should consult my physician. I represent that
• I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability or illness that would limit or prevent my participation in this exercise program.
• I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to modify or discontinue any movement that is contraindicated by my physician or exceeds my physical limitations.
• I understand that my participation in the classes and programs offered by Pam Peterson and Zing With Pam is voluntary, and hereby consent to participate in the classes and programs offered online or in person.
• I acknowledge and agree that my participation in any class or program and use of of any equipment while doing so involves risk of personal injury. I assume full responsibility for all risk related to my participation.
• Release and Waiver of Liability: I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby release Pam Peterson and Zing With Pam from any liability, claims, demands or causes of action for injury to my person or property, including injury that could lead to my death, or any illness arising out of or connected with my participation in the above-referenced classes or programs.

I understand that by checking this site’s Terms & Conditions checkbox, I hereby confirm that I have read and understand the above statements, including the Release and Waiver of Liability, which states that I am waiving any right I or my successors might have to bring a legal action or assert a claim against Pam Peterson or Zing With Pam. This agreement will act as my continued agreement to all ensuing classes, sessions, workshops and programs, whether in person or via Zoom or any other videoconferencing tool.
